Giving Li fe to

A summer camp campaign built around weekly themes,
where the nursery’s chameleon character adapts to each one, changing color, outfit, and environment to match.
Concept Breakdown

each week introduces a new summer camp theme.
The chameleon adapts—changing colors, outfits, and setting to match each one.
Making It Work

Outfit Transition
One of the main challenges was transitioning between themes.
Instead of forcing a direct outfit change, I built a moment into the animation, a jump into the water.
That moment became the reset point, allowing the character to reappear in a new look naturally.

Voice & Tone
The voice direction leaned toward something playful and slightly chaotic.
The reference point was the energy of the “Book of Love” from It Takes Two.
Expressive, a bit unpredictable, but still guiding the experience.
The goal was to match the visual style with a voice that feels just as alive.
Final Videos
Bringing everything together.
Every part of this animation solves a problem.
That’s what makes it work, not just visually, but structurally.
The result is a piece that feels playful on the surface but is built on deliberate decisions throughout.
